Stable, clean, sustainable. Printed, varnished, customized.

Excellent products deserve excellent packaging!

If you were expecting pages and pages of descriptions of a reputable packaging manufacturer’s product range, we have good news for you, because we’ll keep it short: We produce single and double flute corrugated cardboard and process it into customized folding cartons, die-cut packaging, trays, and automatic cartons.

Exactly as you want it for your products and need it for your manufacturing processes. Of course, it doesn’t always have to be classic brown: boxes with coated paper, printed with up to 5 colors and varnish – no problem. If you need self-adhesive strips or tear-open threads for e-commerce, we can of course supply these too. Customized packaging in large quantities or medium quantities – that’s exactly what we do.

Corrugated cardboard from our own production

Since the end of 2023, we have been producing our own corrugated cardboard, enabling us to make the entire production process extremely efficient. Already prepared to suit the respective customer order, the corrugated cardboard sheets can be transported seamlessly and automatically from the corrugated cardboard plant to the subsequent processing stage via a conveyor belt.

We offer corrugated cardboard in the flute types B, C, D, and E, as well as various combinations of these as double-wall corrugated cardboard. All papers are 100% recycled.

Understated appearance, but impressive inner values

Underestimated by many, corrugated cardboard performs magnificently when goods need to be transported with optimum protection. It is not only the combination of high-performance papers with the right type of fluting and tailor-made cardboard construction, but also our expertise in technical values.

Through our Saica network, we have access to a well-equipped laboratory in Zaragoza, which supports us in all technical matters, material samples, and technical values, not to mention its extensive paper expertise.

Product protection is important to us!

Transport damage costs money, time, and reputation. A tailor-made design reduces risk and keeps processes clean.

The following factors are important for the design:

  • Product weight and geometry
  • Stack image and load
  • Handling in your line
  • Shipping method and storage period

Typical solutions we offer are:

  • Transport and shipping packaging
  • Die-cut packaging
  • Folding cartons and automatic bottom cartons

Quantities range from “wow” to very “sporty.” Cardboard is happy to be used to capacity. Shelf Ready Packaging combines transport and presentation. Deliver, open, place. Done. Fewer steps in the store. More order on the shelf.

It's time for a talk.

We’ve written a lot. We have even more in mind. We should exchange ideas. That’s why we created this wonderful button. It’s not made of cardboard, but it’s just as functional. Just click and presto, you have the chance to start a conversation!
